After 4 decades of dedicated service, Gary Awad is officially retiring from the carpet cleaning business. Gary built this company on trust, hard work, and a deep commitment to helping homes and businesses stay clean, healthy, and beautiful. With thousands of clean carpets and satisfied customers, he has earned a well-deserved reputation for integrity and care.

I am excited to announce that I, Justin Awad, with over 30 years of hands-on experience in the industry, and an IICRC Triple Master, will take over as the new owner. Like my father I share a passion for quality service, and customer satisfaction and I am committed to carrying the Awad name into the next generation. Some long-time customers may remember me as I got my initial start working with my dad, then becoming a lead technician. Some may wonder where I have been for the last 15 years. I stayed around the industry, including owning my own business. Recently our family experienced a tragic loss. Brandon Osorio, who worked with Gary over the last 14 years, was going to take over the business soon. But he unexpectedly passed away. Immediately I stepped up to carry on the family tradition of cleaning carpet. In fact, you may even see my kids, Aaliyah (19) or Alexander (17) with me on jobs. Both have cleaned carpet over the years with their grandfather. You could say cleaning carpet is in our blood.
